Doug Mayes Biography:
 
As Community Relations Manager for Jobing.com in New Mexico, Doug is passionate about putting good people to work.  After a successful early career recruiting on the staffing and executive search level, Doug joined up with the Jobing.com team where he coordinates Jobing's community involvement, guerilla marketing, and social media strategies.  Doug's main responsibility is to help companies communicate their employment brand message to find employees that stick.       
 
In his free time, Doug is an semi-pro jazz saxophonist (emphasis on the "semi"), creative cook, gear head, and husband.  His wife Megan hails from Albuquerque, NM and has charms sufficient enough to lure this North Carolinian to the Sonoran Desert (which explains the accent).  As of April 2009, he's a first time dad, which quickly took the place of the aforementioned free time pursuits.
