Spring 2026 Cohort Mentee Application

The TYP Mentorship program connects TYP members with experienced leaders to support career growth, leadership development, and long-term success.

This form helps us understand your goals, interests, and what you hope to gain from mentorship. Responses will be used to guide mentor matching and cohort design.

Spring 2026 Cohort applications are open until Fri. Feb. 6th at 5pm.

Thank you for your interest in the TYP Mentorship Program!

We’ve received your submission. Participants will be notified of acceptance and mentor pairings by Wednesday, February 11.

In the meantime, please save the date for a special cohort experience on Wednesday, February 18, from 3:30–6:00 PM (location will be shared with those accepted into the cohort).  Thanks to TYP’s Strategic Partnership with SALC, TYP mentees will have the exclusive opportunity to attend SALC’s February General Member Meeting, focused on public safety, followed by a mixer with their newly matched mentors and SALC’s general membership.

This gathering will include mentor introductions, a conversation about next steps in the program, and the opportunity to connect with SALC members and staff as well as TYP Board members, who will be in attendance.

The TYP Mentorship Cohort is available to active TYP members, with acceptance based on membership status, the completeness and quality of the application, and mentor availability. Applicants not selected for this cohort are encouraged to apply again in a future cycle.
