10th Annual ignite520 Leadership Development Conference

Started in 2015, ignite520 is Tucson’s premier leadership development experience. Attracting about 200 young professionals annually, ignite520 brings together participants from a wide variety of professions, all seeking to connect with other leaders in their community. Participants will learn tactical skills, and gain inspiration by celebrating the present and future of Tucson during breakout sessions, mixers, and other signature experiences. Our attendees are given the chance to network with others who share a vision for an inclusive, prosperous and innovative Greater Tucson.

Whether you are starting out in your career, are looking to build your professional skills, or are feeling established and ready to get involved in community impact, ignite520 will be an immersive leadership experience to fast-track laying the foundation for career success and community impact!

The conference features a Friday night kick-off highlighting Tucson’s arts and culture scene in partnership with local venues in the heart of downtown Tucson (details for the mixer coming soon). Followed by a full-day conference featuring keynotes, panels, workshops plus sessions meant for rest & rejuvenation. The conference helps attract, retain, and promote young professionals by creating roots for them to engage within our community, and foster new skills to help them in a more competitive workplace.

Start the day with breakfast and curated networking, then make your way into Berger Auditorium for the Welcome Address and Keynote to kick off a day filled with connection, growth, and fun! Lunch will be provided, along with more networking opportunities.
