Carlson Factory is an IT Director at the University of Arizona and a board member for Tucson Young Professionals, where he focuses on ethical technology, AI strategy, and the intersection of leadership and innovation. With over a decade of experience leading digital transformation in higher education and nonprofit spaces, Carlson brings a grounded, human-centered approach to emerging tech. He's currently completing his MBA with a concentration in strategy and is passionate about helping others navigate the rapidly evolving landscape of AI in work and life.
