TYParents 2026 Kick-Off: Work, Life & Family

We’re excited to officially launch TYParents as a standing committee of Tucson Young Professionals with our first-ever multigenerational program! This special event will bring together working parents and caregivers for a professional development workshop focused on navigating work–life balance — while kids enjoy STEM-based activities in the same space.We’ll be partnering with Second Sky as our host and children’s programming partner. Their team will create interactive activity stations designed to keep kids engaged while parents connect, learn, and recharge together.The parent workshop will explore themes around balancing career, family, and personal well-being, with content shaped by the real experiences of working parents in our community. This session is designed to be practical, welcoming, and conversation-driven — not a lecture.
